The "Networking Cafe" is the area of the Exhibit Hall where attendees can sit to review literature from the exhibitors; network and negotiate private deals; or take a rest or snack break. This area is usually adjacent to the concession food area. Message Boards and Literature Tables are centrally placed in this area. One stack of your literature will be placed on the Message Board, and a stack of your literature will be placed on the literature table. You supply the literature and we will make sure it is displayed neatly and replaced as it is taken by attendees.

This large sign hangs high above each aisle, just below the aisle number sign and is visible throughout the Exhibit Hall. It displays your company name, your logo and a short message. You provide the Art work. Production and hanging of the sign are included in the price.  Only 6-9 are available for each Show.

The Show Guide is a attractive "program" for the Expo. It is made available to everyone who attends. It includes the schedule of the Keynote Speakers; the times and locations of the break-out sessions; a map of the entire Expo area; and a list of the Exhibitors; information about the seminars; biographies of the speakers; a diagram of the Exhibit Hall floor, and an Advertising section. Ads are high resolution in full color. PDF is the preferred format for your submission - other standard graphic formats may be accepted.
